These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in BeyondHype: Science-First Longevity Summit & Dinner (the “Event”).
By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.The Event is organized by Epiveris LLC (“Organizer”) and hosted at Viansa Winery (“Venue”), an independent third-party facility.1. Scope of AgreementThis Agreement governs all registrations, attendance, participation, sponsorships, speaking engagements, exhibitions, and related activities associated with the Event, including the summit program and private dinner.By completing registration or attending the Event in any capacity, you accept these Terms.2. Definition of “Attendee”“Attendee” includes any individual or entity participating in the Event, whether paid, complimentary, invited, sponsored, or otherwise.Attendees include:ParticipantsSpeakers & PanelistsSponsors & ExhibitorsMedia RepresentativesInvited VIPs & Institutional RepresentativesAll categories are subject to these Terms.3. Registration & AccessRegistration grants access only to the portions of the Event specified in the registration confirmation.Admission may require full payment prior to the Event date.
Seating at the dinner is limited and not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed.The Organizer reserves the right to verify professional credentials where appropriate.4. Professional ConductBeyondHype is a science-focused, curated gathering.All Attendees must:Conduct themselves professionally and respectfullyComply with venue rules and applicable lawsRefrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviorThe Organizer reserves the right to remove any Attendee without refund for violation of these standards.5. Event Content & DisclaimerThe Event may include discussions of longevity science, biotechnology, health innovation, and related topics.All content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, investment, or legal advice.The Organizer makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, business opportunities, or the accuracy of third-party statements.6. Agenda & Speaker ChangesThe Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, venue, speakers, panelists, or program format at any time without prior notice.Such changes do not entitle Attendees to refunds.7. Cancellation & Refund PolicyBy the Attendee:Tickets may be transferred with prior written approval from the Organizer.Cancellations made 30 days or more before the Event may receive a refund minus a reasonable administrative fee.Cancellations within 30 days of the Event are non-refundable.No-shows are non-refundable.By the Organizer:
If the Event is cancelled (other than for Force Majeure), the Organizer may:Issue a full refund of registration fees, ORReschedule the Event within 12 monthsThe Organizer is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or related expenses.8. Force MajeureThe Organizer is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, or venue unavailability.9. Venue & Third-Party ServicesThe Venue is an independent third party. The Organizer is not responsible for:Venue operations, staff, or securityFood and beverage serviceAlcohol service or complianceAny acts or omissions of the Venue or its personnelAttendees agree to comply with all Venue rules and policies.10. Alcohol & Personal ResponsibilityAlcohol may be served at the Event. By attending, you acknowledge and agree:You are solely responsible for your consumption of alcoholYou will comply with all applicable laws and Venue policiesYou will not operate a vehicle while impairedThe Organizer shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from alcohol consumption or intoxication.11. Assumption of RiskAttendance at the Event is voluntary. Attendees assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:Travel to and from the EventInteraction with other AttendeesFood consumption and allergiesPhysical conditions at the Venue12. Photography, Recording & MediaThe Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.By attending, you grant the Organizer the right to use your image, likeness, voice, and name in promotional materials, media coverage, and future marketing.If you do not wish to be recorded, you must provide written notice prior to the Event.Unauthorized recording or redistribution of full sessions is prohibited.13. Intellectual PropertyAll Event content remains the intellectual property of its respective owners.Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Event materials without prior written consent.Intellectual property brought by Attendees remains their property unless otherwise agreed.14. Sponsors & ExhibitorsSponsors and Exhibitors must:Comply with Event branding and marketing guidelinesAvoid misleading scientific or medical claimsMaintain appropriate insurance if requestedSponsor fees are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled by the Organizer.15. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law:The Organizer’s total liability shall not exceed the registration fee paid by the AttendeeThe Organizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damagesAttendees are responsible for their own property and personal safetyNothing in this Agreement limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.16. IndemnificationAttendees agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of:Their participation in the EventTheir violation of this AgreementTheir interactions with other Attendees or third parties17. Health & SafetyAttendees must comply with all applicable health, safety, and public health requirements in effect at the time of the Event.18. Data Protection & PrivacyPersonal data collected during registration will be used for:Event administrationEvent-related communicationsFuture BeyondHype initiatives (you may opt out at any time)By registering, you consent to receive communications from the Organizer in accordance with applicable U.S. laws. Data will be handled in accordance with the Event Privacy Policy.19. Networking DisclaimerThe Event may facilitate introductions between scientists, investors, startups, and institutional representatives.The Organizer acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for business outcomes, investment decisions, or agreements made between Attendees.All connections are made at the Attendee’s own discretion and risk.20. Governing Law & Dispute ResolutionThis Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in California.All claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.21. AccessibilityAttendees requiring accommodations should notify the Organizer in advance. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to support accessibility needs.22. AmendmentsThe Organizer reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will apply as of the Event date.23. SeverabilityIf any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.24. Entire AgreementThis Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Event and supersedes all prior communications or agreements.25. Non-Discrimination PolicyThe Organizer is committed to an inclusive and respectful environment. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in BeyondHype: Science-First Longevity Summit & Dinner (the “Event”). By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

The Event is organized by Epiveris LLC (“Organizer”).

1. Scope of Agreement

This Agreement governs all registrations, attendance, participation, sponsorships, speaking engagements, exhibitions, and related activities associated with the Event, including the summit program and private dinner.

By completing registration or attending the Event in any capacity, you accept these Terms.

2. Definition of “Attendee”

“Attendee” includes any individual or entity participating in the Event, whether paid, complimentary, invited, sponsored, or otherwise.

Attendees include:

- Participants: Registered individuals attending sessions and networking activities
- Speakers & Panelists: Individuals presenting or participating in discussions
- Sponsors & Exhibitors: Organizations supporting or showcasing products/services
- Media Representatives: Journalists, content creators, and press
- Invited VIPs & Institutional Representatives: Scientists, investors, government or nonprofit representatives

All categories are subject to these Terms.

3. Registration & Access

Registration grants access only to the portions of the Event specified in the registration confirmation.
Admission may require full payment prior to the Event date.
Seating at the dinner is limited and not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify professional credentials if required.

4. Professional Conduct

BeyondHype is a science-focused, exclusive gathering of distinguished scientists, investors, founders, and institutional leaders.

All Attendees must:

- Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
- Comply with venue rules and applicable laws
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Attendee without refund for violation of these standards.

5. Event Content & Disclaimer

The Event may include discussions of longevity science, biotechnology, health innovation, and related topics.
Content is for informational purposes only.
Nothing presented constitutes medical, investment, or legal advice.
The Organizer makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, business opportunities, or accuracy of third-party statements.

6. Agenda & Speaker Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to modify:

- Event schedule
- Venue
- Speakers or panelists
- Program format

Changes may occur without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle Attendees to refunds.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

By the Attendee:

- Tickets are transferable with prior written approval.
- Cancellations may be subject to administrative fees.
- No-shows are non-refundable.

By the Organizer:

If the Event is cancelled (other than for Force Majeure), the Organizer may:

- Issue a full refund of registration fees, OR
- Reschedule the Event within 12 months

The Organizer is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or related expenses.

8. Force Majeure

The Organizer is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Acts of terrorism
- Venue unavailability

9. Photography, Recording & Media

The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.

By attending, you grant the Organizer the right to use your image, likeness, voice, and name in:

- Promotional materials
- Media coverage
- Future marketing

If you do not wish to be recorded, written notice must be provided prior to the Event.

Unauthorized recording of full sessions for redistribution is prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

All content presented at the Event remains the intellectual property of its respective owners.
Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Event materials without written permission.
Intellectual property brought by Attendees remains their property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Sponsors & Exhibitors

Sponsors and Exhibitors must:

- Comply with Event branding and marketing guidelines
- Avoid misleading scientific or medical claims
- Maintain appropriate insurance if requested

Sponsor fees are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled by the Organizer.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- The Organizer’s total liability shall not exceed the registration fee paid by the Attendee.
- The Organizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Attendees are responsible for their own property and personal safety.

-Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.

13. Health & Safety

Attendees must comply with all venue health and safety policies and any applicable public health requirements in effect at the time of the Event.

14. Anti-Corruption & Ethical Conduct

All parties agree to comply with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.

Improper inducements, kickbacks, or unethical promotional activities are strictly prohibited.

15. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data collected during registration will be used for:

- Event administration
- Communication regarding the Event
- Future BeyondHype initiatives (unless opted out)

Data will be handled in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws and the Event Privacy Policy.

16. Networking Disclaimer

The Event may facilitate introductions between scientists, investors, startups, and institutional representatives.

The Organizer acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for:

- Business outcomes
- Investment decisions
- Agreements made between Attendees

All connections are undertaken at the Attendee’s own discretion and risk.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado.

18. Amendments

The Organizer reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. The most current version will apply as of the Event date.

19. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

20. Non-Discrimination Policy

The Organizer is committed to an inclusive and respectful environment. Discrimination or harassment based on any protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
